Over a 46-day lifecycle, our carefully tended silkworms spin their finest fibers—spending the final 25 days weaving resilient, snowy-white cocoons rich in pure silk protein.
2. Gentle Cocoon Treatment
We hand-pick only the highest-grade cocoons and subject them to a controlled, low-impact boiling process. This preserves the silk’s natural elasticity, sheen, and tensile strength.
3. Layered Quilt Construction
Master artisans unwind the silk strands, trim and stretch each filament, then layer up to 20 sheets into a meticulously balanced 1-2 kg quilt. The result is a buoyant, breathable core that cradles you in cloud-like comfort.
